Lead Teacher (Kinder-4th Grade)
Middle School Lead Teacher (STEM or Humanities)
One of Horizons’ core values is building sustainable, long-term relationships between staff and students. As such, we try to retain teachers over the course of several summers. If you have worked with us previously, we hope you will consider doing so again.
We particularly seek to recruit teachers from Mission District schools and/or with experience working with families from bilingual and low-income backgrounds in SFUSD. Proficiency in Spanish is a major advantage. We hire experienced educators for our Lead Teacher positions and newly certified/in the process of certification teachers for our Assistant Teacher positions.
